The following rules are an essential part of the Affiliate Membership Programme.

1. The Partner’s website must not contain information contrary to Russian Federation Law, or any illegal materials, such as breach of copyright, trademark law, patent or any other intellectual property right.
2. The website owner is responsible for breaches in RF Laws in force, including copyright and associated rights, on its website.
3. The Partner may attract users by any means it chooses, using partnership links or any other promotional materials (pop-ups, text links, banners, search fields etc.)
4. Generation of traffic in the following ways is forbidden:
• E-mail spam, guest book and forum flooding, or spamming users of cell carriers.
• Using surfing engines and services. For generating automatic sign-ups or purchasing registrations the partner’s account will be blocked.
• Using ads that do not correspond to current advertising standards.
• Use exploits and other means of wrapping (automatic redirect, pop-up and start page installation on page closing, etc.)
5. It is forbidden to perform any promo actions without the approval of the partnership program administration, as well as knowingly placing invalid or false information, that will mislead or cheat the user.
6. It is forbidden for a partner to create multiple accounts without administrator permission.
7. It is forbidden to use manual or programming means to register user accounts in order to increase revenue. Any such actions will be qualified as wrapping and the account of the party in breach of regulations will be closed without further notice.
8. The partner is not allowed to generate SMS by any underhand methods such as spamming, misleading the user, or using operator billing features for personal gain. Carriers only pay for SMS texts for which they have received payment from subscribers. The service administration reserves the right to stop payments for suspicious traffic until the checks have been performed with the carrier. If the suspicious traffic is not paid by the cell carrier, the service administration reserves the right not to pay commission.
9. The commission payment to partners is made monthly after the 20th of the month following the month in question, via any of the preferred payment systems (PayPal, WebMoney, Yandex.Money etc).
10. Commission is not paid to partners that violate the partnership programme rules.
11. The service administration reserves the right to recover from the partner the total amount of users’ losses, caused by the partner's actions.
12. The service administration reserves the right to check the traffic source and withhold remuneration based on the results of such a check (i.e. if the traffic was generated by prohibited means). If such traffic generation is revealed after partnership commission has been paid, this sum will be withheld from subsequent commission payments, or recovered by any other legal means provided for under Russian Federation Law.
13. The service administration is entitled to review the terms of the affiliate programme unilaterally. Notification of revision is seen as the publication of new/amended rules and conditions on the website.
